January ‘13 Pattern

The Primitive Market Basket was designed as an antique reproduction from days gone-by.  As long as there have been goods to transport, market baskets have been woven to carry things.  It measures 10” x 14” filled base with 6 1/2” sides.  Every level of weaver will enjoy this project so click on this link below to purchase the pattern.

I just discovered your great website and love your baskets and finishing techniques.  I ordered two basket kits, Potato Basket and Little Waste Basket and can’t wait to weave those.  I am excited to see your monthly free patterns (This month’s Primitive Market Basket is a great all around basket.) because I’ll weave those too!  Wish I lived in Minnesota!
